Mama's Lasagna

This is my recipe for Lasagna:
Ricotta Cheese
Blended Italian Cheese mix
Prego Red Marinara Sauce
Italian Sausage
Mushrooms
Spinach
Lasagna Noodles
Carrots
Green Zucchini 

Boil your lasagna noodles separately and prepare your dish to place them in. 

Combine diced mushrooms, ricotta cheese and sliced spinach in a mixture approximated to however large you want your lasagna.I like lots of spinach and it makes it that much more healthy.

Cook your Italian sausage and marinara sauce together. You can do this separately if you like, but doing them together adds lots of flavor.Slice carrots thinly in small pieces at your discretion. I hide carrots in the marinara sauce, you can't really taste them once you blend it all together and its a good way to hide some extra healthy stuff in your lasagna.

Grate cheese if not already grated. Layer Ricotta cheese mixture, Zucchini then a set of noodles then marinara/sausage mixture with cheese as you see fit. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at about 350 degrees.
